Vivek Joshi, Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, has been repatriated to his parent cadre. Joshi, who belongs to a 1989 batch IAS officer, is expected to succeed T V S N Prasad as Chief Secretary of Haryana. Prasad is retiring this month.
